I haven't heard about this glitch anywhere else, so I don't know if its a new one. Just go into the Little Probe Inn with a sniper rifle. Shoot the pool balls with the rifle. When you shoot them, they'll zip around the table bouncing back and forth really quick. It may take a few trys before you get one to float. In the Video: If you can see it (its pretty hard to miss) look at the center of the screen when I use the camera, that white dot is a floating ball. I had a blue one there too but I dont know where it went.
