Game Land Part 1 of 7 Acts 1-1, 1-2, and 1-3 Some of you may have wondered what that weird Sonic head is on the upper-right of the map. Well, with the story over with, we can now cover that. That Sonic head is Game Land, an optional set of stages. Game Land is powered by Red Rings. The more you collect, the more stuff will appear there. At first, you can only use the Robo-Sonics. When you reach 30 Red Rings, you can use the Miis, though they're kind of creepy because they have a Mii head and a Robo-Sonic body. At 50 Red Rings and all multiples of 10 after that, you'll unlock a stage in Game Land, until you get all 180 Red Rings and unlock everything in Game Land. (This is the file save for my first run through the game, so I have everything already. Also, I've already played through all of the Game Land stages.) Game Land's Sonic Simulator is also home to the multiplayer mode. It's a cooperative one, with the two Robo-Sonics getting to the goal of these stages together. I'm the only one I know who can play Sonic decently, so I'll be playing through this solo. Each stage has a pink heart worth 50000 points if you collect it. I will try to show the location of each one. This video will take you through Game Land 1, which consists of three Acts and whose background music, amusingly, is an 8-bit rendition of the Tropical Resort Zone.
